Shipping

We offer fast and cost-effective Australia-wide shipping via Australia Post. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse at Moorebank, NSW typically within 1–2 business days of payment being received.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • NSW Metro — 1–3 business days
  • Interstate Metro — 3–7 business days
  • Regional / Remote — 5–10 business days

Tracking numbers are provided for all orders. You'll receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Large Items (Punching Bags, Mats, BOB Man, Free Standing Bags)

Due to the size and weight of large items, freight is calculated separately. Please contact us before placing an order to receive a freight quote for your postcode.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you have received an item that is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@zettsports.com and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

  2. We'll provide a return address and instructions
  3. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or replacement within 3–5 business days
